When this started, I actually thought it was one of those cool 70s \"driving tunes\" (a la \"Theme From Shaft\" and a thousand others) that I had somehow missed.
Then the oh-so contemporary vocal track slid in.
Cool push-pull.
Really nice groove. Love the strings.
this actually made me break stride walking through my living room and dance a bit. nice groove.
kinda sounds like bowie... but more \'loungey\'
A little bit of everything, nice feel, play on.
I was thinking the vocalist (Kurt Wagner) sounded familiar and then I remembered that he makes an appearance on the new Morcheeba album. This is a pretty good song, too.
I know this ain't gonna be a crowd pleaser...but i love these guys. Thanks Bill & Rebecca!!
