I've never been a huge Dixie Chicks fan, but I like this a lot.
IMO this is their best. Natalie sounds amazing.

In fact, even if what they had to say about #43 didn't jive with what I thought at the time, I'd still say "speak your Truth!" cuz the only thing worse than a bad opinion is no opinion at all. In my opinion...and I'll go +2 on this one, for the message more than the music; it's a 7 now. Long Live RP and the 1st amendment!!

I'm inclined to agree. I'd add that if "Country Music" is only meant for people from the country then that's rather limiting. Sounds like part of the "real Americans" notion that's popular in certain political circles these days.

And his idolatrous droolers boycotted The Chicks for speaking negatively about a guy who needed help with his shoe laces? Altho I understand that album set records on the bootleg charts. Oh, and some fans delivered plenty of death threats to the band and their families. Natalie just can't seem to clam it up. I luv the DC!

B. Don't blame her if she equates country music with the collection of country music fans that turned on them for essentially the same thing- stating their view where someone could broadcast it.
C. Doubt she wants you back as a fan, assuming you ever were. Your loss, her gain. In my opinion.
