Agree.
Another 9 years later ... still like this one in 2023.
Yep ... liked them back in 2003 and still like them in 2014!
one of the few decent german bands...

One of my favourite Notwist Songs.
Edit: wow it has a very rare rotation here on RP and was first played in '03. Not bad, makes it even more special.

KRAFTWERK!!

puhleeze. this in no way compares to the brilliant, groundbreaking, pioneering work of Kraftwerk

i can imagine the metrosexual Geico cavemen and their ilk digging on this
that bass work got so funky it made the track jump, please bring it back
Is it just my connection or are all the songs skipping from time to time?
Every track on this album is good.
KRAFTWERK!!

this whole Neon Golden album is solid. i didn't know Germans could create good music lol
I'm glad to see this comment got plenty of retaliation. It's about time Americans and others let go of anti-German sentiments.

Oh yeah. Colonel Kilgore's theme song In Apocaplypse Now was German. They make surf music called The Ride of the Valkyries

Kind of sounds a bit like "Of Montreal" to me.

really? and i thought that Kraftwerk were pretty standard. and then there's Nina. I mean come on... 99 Luftballoons is an 80's anthem. and let's not get into krautrock. please.

Extraordinarily ordinary. andersja should I brace myself for your intimidation. Go ahead. I'm ready.
Nice song with some stupid tennis balls singing video...

wow, nice, so anyone who doesn't like any song isn't allowed to listen to RP? I take it your not a big fan of information. Maybe you just don't like it when people don't share your taste, and like to talk tough and aggressive to make for your feelings of insecurity and inadequacy. We are all really intimidated... really
wow! this is lame

This group needs to get the dosage on their meds fixed. If the effect they wanted was listless and dull, they succeeded.
True. I wonder if they were even paying attention while it was being recorded?
Long since I last heard this, goodies!

I'm going to guess people like this band , their name NOTWISTanding... (where's that emoticon for the Dr. Evil/Pinky move?)
supergreat stuff from good old germany. i second the comment that this stuff seems very uninspiring at first, but it really gets you after some time.
It's possible I'm too tired to be critical, but I'm really enjoying this.
This is crazy... Just got a mix from a girl I know with this song on it today, and all of a sudden you guys play it. Crazy. I really like this song, great driving music. Yeah, it may not seem inspiring at first, but if you just do whatever it is you are doing, and play this in the background... it will work it's way into you're head. This is great stuff.
This is quite a good album

I think I need my dosage fixed, too. I'm seeing triple...

This song makes my wrist limp. In fact, there's not much here that's erecting my musical enjoyments. This doesn't rock, nor roll.
Melikes. Eels-esque.
