This song has been likened to Sandy Denny and the Smiths (two of my favorite artists) but other than all three produce fantastic music I don’t see the similarity between them.

Yes I fully agree with you but their other album I have '' No Word From Tom'' released 2004  just doesn't come up to the standard of this one....

I've had the same feeling listening to Hem by the album. I think the enjoyment of hearing tHem increases by having their songs interspersed with other music.

First I loved them with "Half Acre", so I bought this album. Then I found them a bit pasty, so I sold it. Now, every listen draws me back in deeper & deeper and I will be buying it again. Probably should have copied it!
