I have loved these guys since ?. Last year they appeared in Portland for a turnout of maybe 75 people. I thought the place would be packed. Front row, center in a small venue. After the show they hung out and we conversed like old school pals. Prety neat when such talent is also so warm. Some years ago they opened for King Crimson here in town. Possibly the best concert of my life. BUY THEIR MUSIC! You won't regret it!

Beethoven will, any second of any day, turn Clapton, Richards, Lennon, Springsteen, etc. into duffusses by comparison. Maybe we should keep this what it is ... a rock/folk radio dial.

So, I outgrow my guitar teacher in the suburbs. Head downtown to learn there by referral, & the guy's into teaching technique of this sort. Blew 'em off, I wanted to rock. Started a band. Played Bars. Blues. Top 40. Now, this would've gotten me goin'. And kept my technique improving.

Heard it a couple of times -- lots of fun. These guys are not, I think, to be confused with the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet, who, despite being serious classical musicians most of the time, perform a hysterical rendition of Pachelbel that they call the "Loose" Canon.
