Roll the carpet and pour out the wine
Treat me like it's your first valentine
'Cause, honey baby, you've been on my mind
Like all of us who have waited for a time

I'm calling, can you hear me
The angels will steer me
To your door, feel so sure
The night is the brightest
Who knows what I really will do
What I really will say
What I really will feel
Who knows what you really will do
What you really will say
What you really will feel

Call the papers and call your friends
No longer do we have to pretend
'Cause, honey baby, you've been on my mind
Like all of us who have waited for a time, oh

I'm calling, can you hear me
The angels will steer me
To your door, feel so sure
The night is the brightest
Who knows what I really will do
What I really will say
What I really will feel
Who knows what you really will do
What you really will say
What you really will feel

Quicken your beating drum, oh
Draw me some wildfire, oh

I'm calling can you hear me
The angels will steer me
To your door, feel so sure
The night is the brightest
Who knows what I really will do
What I really will say
What I really will feel
Who knows what you really will do
What you really will say
What you really will feel

I'm calling, can you hear me
The angels will steer me
To your door, feel so sure
The night is the brightest

Who knows what I really will do
What I really will say
What I really will feel
Who knows what you really will do
What you really will say
What you really will feel

I'm calling, can you hear me
The angels will steer me
To your door, feel so sure
The night is the brightest

Who knows what I really will do
What I really will say
What I really will feel
Who knows what you really will do
What you really will say
What you really will feel

I'm calling, can you hear me
The angels will steer me
To your door, feel so sure
The night is the brightest

Well... I guess two out of three isn't too bad...
i had no idea she dated ryan adams. pretty funny. the_circe wrote:

Sorry. Wrong Number!
I'd like it if she was sittin' around my campfire singing.

AWESOME! She's great. If you don't care for this, she has a wide variety of stuff on her three albums. Terrific songs and very deft production.
Oh, yeah... an enticing, quiet little gem. Two "8"s in a row.

I don't really care for this - it reminds me of Norah Shankar. Anyway, after spending some time listening to the LRC I'm dismayed by the number of fine uploads that don't make it in to rotation while this does. Yuk.
I agree, Charm Attack would be perfect for RP. Perhaps R&B will give it another look over.

Agreed. Surprizing that B&R seemed to have overlooked this artist. To me....she's the epitome of a "good fit" for RP. 8O I'll beam up Lonely Boy from the same album and see what happens.
If you are wondering who voted this a "1", look no further.

I uploaded a couple others, also rejected. I am assuming they were too old.

Good sound, keep it in the rotation.
