The bio info for The Chords is not correct. The link does go to the correct band's wiki page but the description showing on this PR page is not The Chords.

The description of this group from RP is wrong. They were American, not British! There was a later British group in the 1970's with the same name, but this recording was  from the 1950's group "The Chords" from The Bronx.

OK -- I don't love the song...  But, I do love being exposed to all these historic firsts.  Learning about all the music that I had no clue about is better than any "music appreciation course" any school could devise!  The music history you expose to us, is... priceless.  Just listen, leave this page up, and then as your curiosity demands, read some of the comments and the Wikipedia entries.  I feel richer from having heard this cut, even though I wouldn't care the hear it more than a few times in the future.

How is this amazing doo-wop classic not appreciated more.  Anyone who has played in a band knows how hard it is to hold a live recording like that together in all the pieces.  I'm impressed.  And just love the melody.
