please make it stop. This song may have a message worth listening to, but it so damn irritating it will never be heard.
Jeez, every time you're about to provide "listener' support," you go and have to play this crap and turn me off. Freak.

sorry, it dosen't say anything for me.
Just Crap
What artmarcia said. I can only add that I like my songs with music in them, please.
Well, it's not just that... It's not even funny. I'm conservative, but no cheerleader of Bush. It doesn't sound like him - Hell, I could do a better immitation. I could laugh at it if it was truly funny. God, you could even poke at some funny things like Ashcroft and Calico cats, Evildoers, Bush mispeak. etc... xkolibuul wrote:
Y'all need to lighten up a little around here. I've heard political messages in LOTS of tunes played on RP, just that most aren't so overt as this one and thus easier to overlook. I think its actually good to hear songs that bang politics over our head from time to time to remind us that music without free expression is...just another form of tyranny (ClearChannel, anyone?). Personally, this song is not even close to my own musical tastes, but I say keep on playing it anyway, Bill.
I really liked the last two songs in this set: 7:10 pm - Randy Newman - Political Science 7:05 pm - Resentments - Rich Mans War But this "song" is just annoying, IMHO.

I'm a monthly supporter of Radio Paradise because I like listening to good music, not to hear political ranting. I believe in free speech, but I'm not going to pay to hear crap. Bill needs to make a decision - to keep playing the music that made this site so popular, or to start spending our money on political statements.

I echo your sentiment. I wouldn't want to hear this any more than I'd want to hear Rush Limbaugh song parodies making fun of Clinton, or Daschle. I listen to RP to relax and have good work music. Politics is the opposite of that!
I agree with the sentiment, but the song is awful!

It would be interesting to see this guy and Dennis Miller in the same room. Needless to say two sides of the political spectrum. Maybe this would be a good Kerry campaign song Thought it was a good effort.
i dont think this song falls under INTELLIGENT eclectic rock .. please send this song to the trash where it belongs ...
great lyrics, horrible song
Surprised to not find any comments here yet. I got a chuckle out of it, but want to hear again before I give it a ranking.
QUITE POSSIBLY THE WORST SONG I'VE HEARD ON RP- EVER!! I'M SURPRISED THIS ONE MADE YOUR PLAYLIST AND GOT BY YOUR DISCERNING EARS!!! PLEASE NEVER PLAY THAT PIECE OF GARBAGE AGAIN. Seth, New York
Bravo to a thought-provoking reflection of truth!
