Hey little devil that dwells inside
This angel's body, this angel's mind
He said, "All I need is Jesus to fly
Take a little peak through that head of hair
I know somewhere there are eyes in there
Trying to hide a heart that's shining so bright
They said, "What makes you different from us?"
We're gonna bang your head down
I've got a dream that's growing inside me
I'm ready to burst and set it free
I know God waits in the city of angels
Now I've been building a wall these many years
I feel safe inside hiding all my fears
Don't hold your breath
If you're trying to touch me
They said, "Don't believe in yourself
We're gonna bang your head down
We're gonna bang your head
Bang your head down."
We are aging
Soon to pass away
So cruel to never know, never know
Never finish what was started
My whole life's been really strange
I've been running in circles
Trying to make a change
I transcend myself with Billy
I'm home

Has anybody heard anything off of her PeopleTree sessions? Is it any good? I like several tracks off of this album, am not sure I want to try and find an old mail-order-only album if it doesn't hold up...
this song reminds me of lars...the other boyfriend from the movie Serendipity...oh and i secretly love Milla

I don't really enjoy this song, but Milla shows a talent for music that I've never seen in her acting.
Definitely agree with you. I wouldn't give this top rating, but I've heard far, far worse!
She really is the 5th element...hehehe.
Stop it!
I love Milla. This album is solid all the way through. This song is definetely an 8 - plus a 1 point bonus for the artwork.

What the? Is this really Milla Jovovich? How come I didn't know about this? She's one of my dream girls. No, this can't be her, c'mon.
It is her and she wrote most of the songs on this album. This isn't the best cut, either, though it is good. I was surprised, too.

She is a really talented artist. If you gonna hear her doing some crazy music listen to "Satellite Of Love" out of the Million dollar hotel Sountrack (recomended album) Cheers

The chick from Return to the Blue Lagoon?
Indeed (and "The Fifth Element" and "Resident Evil").

Most definitely not. But that's a pretty funny idea... I've owned this disc since it came out (1994). Inconsistent, but not bad for a supermodel. ;-) Decent tune.
"The Fifth Element" I dunno but I like it- Not too much into bangin my head though...
The chick from Return to the Blue Lagoon?
Believe it or not I saw Milla back in the 90's. She was opening for Toad the Wet Sprocket. Actually she was pretty good. Her band at the time were cool!
It only brings a big GASP in reaction from me. I think I like it......

I think you just might be right.
everytime i see this chick fighting zombies in one of those "resident evil" movies, i think, "gee, this is the same girl that sings that song i used to like...". i think this is a pretty tune, just a bad name and i don't remember the album (which i once owned) being all that awesome. ah, memories!
Feels sort of like Ani Defranco...or is it just me? I think I like it......
Is this a Quiet Riot cover?
Wasn't Milla the partner of Vanilla?
Very good... I still own this CD, sill play it quite often... thanks!
I don't really enjoy this song, but Milla shows a talent for music that I've never seen in her acting.
nice indeed.
Good song.
