All of the king's horses and all of the king's men
Couldn't pull my heart back together again
All of the physicians and mathematicians too
Failed to stop my heart from breaking in two

'Cause all I need is you
I just need you
Yeah you got the glue
So I'm gonna give my heart to you

I had a premonition a movie in my mind
Confirming my suspicions of what I would find
It followed me to LA down to Mexico
Came in through the back door at the start of the show

Still all I need is you
I just need you
Yeah you got the glue
So I'm gonna give my heart to you

Oh was a perfect day
Oh in a perfect way
You know something had to go
You left me high
You left me low

Now as I lie in pieces and wait for your return
The sun upon my forehead it burns baby burns baby burns
An eye on all my horses you've slept with all my men
I'm never gonna get it together again

Still all I need is you
I just need you
Yeah you got the glue
So I'm gonna give my heart to you
Yeah you got the glue
And there's nothing I can do
Yeah you got the glue
So I'm gonna give my heart to you

They're kind of like marshmallows. Fluffy, sugary, full of unidentifiable animal parts, kinda disgusting if you think about them too long. However, very tasty, and definitely a guilty pleasure. I love this song, but I'm also a girl, and sometimes we get all gooey for this sh1t.
Jesus Christ. That comment has me all messed up in love. You're wonderful.

Hmm. According to my iTunes, this song should be 15 minutes long. I guess those unimpressed should just be grateful that Bill doesn't choose to play the whole thing for us.
I believe the 15 minutes includes a gap between this song and the bonus/hidden tracks that end the album, which I think is very good.
awful awful lyrics. not so good singing. but kind of pretty background music. hey travis, try just playing the instruments for a little while. leave songwriting to the professionals.
Seems I'm in the minority. I really like this song. Although to redeem myself somewhat (or get me deeper in shit, I don't know) this was really the only song on the album that I liked.

Wow. Travis on RP. Love that band. That's not their best song but I still like it.
Oh dear!! Is he going to make it to the end before the barbiturates finally win??

You're right about that one. It kind of reminds me of My Bloody Valentine, but not as good.

Or U2. In either case, way too much of it: a solid 1.

Is there the very faint sound of a baby crying in the background towards the beginning of this song? If so, it's very appropriate to this whiny song.

Nursery rhymes + pop music = cheesewhiz vomit
Weak. Very weak. The Man Who was mostly a great album. Invisible Band fell flat.

They're from England, but haven't really toured much here in the US, just opening for Dido, which was awesome. Their most recent album, 12 Memories, is great, but I think this, The Invisible Band, is their best. Check em out!
Actually I have seen them 3 times in the last 3 years in New York - how much more do you want them to tour?

scotland, actually. From Glasgow. And their first CD "The Man Who" is very good too. Very sweet, melodic music.

Cmon Travis let's pick up the pace a little. I haven't got all day.

Other way around. Travis's first singles: 1997. Coldplay formed: 1998.
