And here I thought I was one of only a dozen people worldwide who owned any Hex albums...
I got into Steve Kilbey when he did his solo stuff (check out Un/Earthed, two separate albums) and followed Hex as well. Great to hear them here, though clearly they're not for everyone. Likeable tune.
Pertty good music. It sounds like a song written to teach us something and I don't need no stinkin' educating.

Ex-Game Theory singer Donnette Thayer and Steve Kilbey, the bassist/songwriter for the Church, formed Hex and began recording in the winter of 1988-89. The duo's ethereal pop surfaced on a self-titled album for First Warning in 1989. The LP was later released by Rykodisc in 1990; Vast Halos followed later that same year.
I read this about Steve Kilbey and changed my vote from a 3 to a 5. Now the noisy guitar part of the song has started, so I think I'll now make it a 7.

Would be good on a James Bond movie soundtrack. I like the smooth guitar. It would be much cooler if they would wind it up and cut loose more as the song builds toward the end.

Very interesting, found myself drawn into it without really listening to it. Like the sound.
