en blof met heather nova misschien dan? ik heb em niet, ziet u... reeds..
For us, dutch- & german-speaking people, dutch and german do sound very different indeed. There are many sounds we have in dutch, that the german-speaking people simply do not have. Same the other way around. That also makes speaking "the other" language difficult. Although the languages are related, it's not easy for most people to understand, let alone speak, "the other" language without some practice. The dutch band's name should be spelled "BlÞf", by the way...
Wow! Sounds like Dutch, I think.

definitely not spanish, sounds german or dutch. a little harsh
I can't understand why some people think that sounds like German. All right, Dutch /does/ sound like German a lot sometimes but definitely not in this song. At all.
Trivia: This single by BlÞf & Counting Crows is/was a pretty big hit in the Netherlands this summer, but they used a sneaky trick: The single came in a sleeve with room for two more singles. They then released two other versions, with the same A-side, but with different B-sides, AFAIK all unique BlÞf&Counting-Crows cooperations. So, the real fans bought the single three times... They were more or less forced to buy it three times, all songs would probably fit on a single single.
i hear a counting crows song, or the lead's voice and i want to cry.
Ik voel ziek look it up in babelfish https://babelfish.altavista.com/tr
Ich nein liken dis!
The accent is really confusing. The inflections sound like English and then I realize I can't understand a freakin' word. :)

The word-joke doesn't come out right, the way their name is spelled here (Blof). Maybe it can be changed into BlÞf, still?
Ik kan nergens heen, maar in het zuiden wacht een vrouw nog steeds op mij alleen Ze heeft flessen vol tequila en flessen vol gin en dan neem ik mijn gitaar mee en mijn gouden ring Er zijn vliegtuigstoelen, miljoenen bij bedoeling en bovendien zijn er limousines en er zijn leugens over sterren die we toch nooit zien Misschien Neem ik Spanje als besluit en laat mijn schepen achter Ik ga er stiekem tussen uit Een vluchtweg naar een nieuw begin Hop on my choo-choo I'll be your engine driver in a bunny suit If you dress me up in pink and white We may be just a little fuzzy 'bout it later tonight She's my angel She's a little better than the one that used to be with me Cause she liked to scream at me Man, it's a miracle that she's not living up in a tree I may take a holiday in Spain Leave my wings behind me Drive this little girl insane And fly away to someone new Everybody's gone They left the television screaming that the radio's on Mijn schoenen zijn gejat Maar ik hoef niet meer naar buiten want er is nog wel wat Happy new year's baby! We could probably fix it if we clean it up all day Or we could simply pack our bags We gaan meteen naar Barcelona want we moeten hier weg Misschien Neem ik Spanje als besluit en laat mijn schepen achter Ik ga er stiekem tussen uit Een vluchtweg naar een nieuw begin Ik neem Spanje als besluit en laat mijn schepen achter Ik ga er stiekem tussen uit Een vluchtweg naar een nieuw begin
Hey, what a surprise! It's/was a big hit here in the Netherlands...very nice version of this song...BlÞf is quite famous here. They are not bad, but I'm not a fan. In this song they are great, IMHO...Nice combo...
