Really? I didn't know that.  Thanks Elaine!

I love this band. Their song "Amtrak Crescent" is just excellent. Thanks Bill! {#Wave}

Most rappers have a posse at their back, but a whole Commonwealth? Wow. {#Mrgreen}
excellent!!!
Wonderfully listenable!
I got some great footage of Scott Miller playing an acoustic show, but I shot it portrait and can't figure out how to rotate it.  If anybody's interested in seeing him sing sideways, I'll put it up.  (I emailed Mr. Miller and he said it was ok to put it up on youtube or whatever.)
Any V-Roys on here?  There really should be some V-Roys on here.

He sure gives a good show, doesn't he? I'll see him again, anytime, anywhere.

The company I was in couldn't be beat either!

YAY!  Love Scott Miller - so thrilled to hear him on RP.

Look at me answer my own question: Patti Griffin. No wonder her voice sounded familiar!
Aha! Should've known I'd find the answer to that question on RP when I couldn't find it anywhere else. She's got such a sweet, unmistakable voice.

Commonwealth of Virginny. And Jimi, the guy does rock!

This guy plays here fairly often, but I kinda thought he was just another twangy guitar redneck so I have never looked into him. Me likey. I'll have to check him out next time around.

Glad I'm not the only one hearing that! I thought I was losing it for a moment.
Is Scott Miller any relation to Buddy and Julie Miller?

Who is the female vocalist? She sounds extremely familiar, but I can't place her voice.

Nice vibe - I swore it almost sounded a bit between The Jayhawks and Ryan Adams. A real cool catch!!! JG
Not bad.
I liked it more than I thought I would. It's not over done. That is nice.

Or David Baerwald. Likeable tune.

That one guitar line sounds like the melody to "The locomotion". Its driving me crazy.
Sounds like the two chords from Jane Says, just in a different rhythm. Was this song really short or did I miss the beginning?

Believe that'd be Patty Griffin. Fine, indeed.
