What moon songs
Do you sing your babies?
What sunshine do you bring?
Who belongs
Who decides who's crazy
Who rights wrongs where others cling?
I'll sing for you
If you want me to
I'll give to you
And it's a chance I'll have to take
And it's a chance I'll have to break
I go along
Just because I'm lazy
I go along to be with you
And those moon songs
That you sing your babies
Will be the songs to see you through
I'll hear your song
If you want me to
I'll sing along
And it's a chance I'll have to take
And it's a chance I'll have to break
I'm in love with you
I'm in love with you
I'm in love with you, and you
I'm in love with you
So in love
I'm in love with you
With you
I'm in love with you, and you
I'm in love with you
So in love
I'm in love with you
I'm so in love
I'm in love with you, have you

One of my all time fav albums, still a must when changing my audio system...which is often :)
Many memories; such rich sound, so much hope and angst. Did I become that or did I like it because it was me?
Love this so much. From the first bar as soon as the music plays, I just feel good.
Yet again impeccable thread through those past 5 songs Rebecca & Bill. ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐ŸŒน
I have never ever heard anyone play this before. What a kind reminder of a great record, and being a teen, listening to this over and over. Lusting over a girl when the world felt like it would end if nothing came of it.

Ah, adolescence...
You know, Billy C. canโ€™t sing a lick, but somehow he still makes some Beautiful music.
Their best work to date๐Ÿ‘
Long live the pumpkins ๐ŸŽƒ
This track brings out the best in Billy Corgan's voice
Guitar in the beginning really sounds like Tracy Chapman's "fast car"

I certainly undersatnd your opinion on this, but I personally disagree.  I remember at 15-19 listening to this song and thinking that there might actually be a guy out there who could feel this way about me one day.....with the same intensity felt on different tracks, they gave a love song the same depth and especially with Soma as the lead in, this song was an appropriate ending to an album that despaired and raged about being weird....by giving a little hope that us weirdos could have deep profound love in our future

I love this type of writing.  Seriously.

Yes, I wouldn't rate any song off this album a 10, but the entire album as a whole is a solid 10.

I agree with this.  This album is one of those disks that is more than the sum of it's parts.
Phenomenal track, from an outstanding disc.

I love this album too. It brings me back to the times of a private school full of rich and bored teenagers, sons of expats, who didn't know where is home, made and lost friends as families move around, wasted and depressed in the grunge years. It may sound shallow, but coming from a small countrytown to the city, in that period I learnt to challenge the stupid conservative mind of the small town, learnt of death and loss, solitude and friendship, and started my journey towards what I am today.

I love this album, & Gish even more. This song is the dud on this record & was a signal for the slow crash into boring generic drivel the Pumpkins arived at in the end.

Great song from a great band (at the time this came out anyway). Never really got into anything after this album, but what an album!

Their greatest album and most songs the songs on it I would give 9's and 10's - especially the deep cuts.
damn! just missed this {#Stupid}

{#Stupid} don't get the appeal...

Hard to believe this is one of only three songs from this great album ever played on RP.  Cmon Bill, give us some more!

I think this is a sincere, sweet song.  I was never a huge fan of this band but I enjoy a lot of their tunes.  I more appreciate the fact that a band with a technically "unorthodox" sound and approach could achieve a significant amount of attention and success.  I believe music needs more of that instead of these "American Idol"-type robots.  Well, just my opinion.

Speaking of rockin', Rocket and Cherub Rock are the two best tracks on this flawless CD.  Come on now Bill, let's hear 'em.

nothing else than wonderful....
I was best man at my buddy's wedding a little over a year ago. This was their wedding dance song. Thought it was pretty cool. A couple of 40somethings.

Terry Date (Pantera, Soundgarden) also worked/is working with them. Seems like they're getting input from more than one producer.

I beg to differ. (make that two!)
*sigh* i haven't heard this one in a while... this, along with Soma, and Spaceboy just make this album phenominal... IMO at least. damn fine job by the Pumpkins here...
i forgot about this song. my cat's name is luna. maybe this should be her theme song.
First I saw them was the end of the Gish tour at Metro in Chicago. Amazing. Billy still had hair and they were great performers.
I want to like the Pumpkins, I really do, but Corgans voice is so bad and such a hurdle to get over.

i feel sorry for anyone who hasnt expierence SP live in a small venue... especially around 93-94. was their peak.

Maybe they feel the same way about their music as Radiohead - they want you to experience the full album rather than just a track off of it? There aren't many bands that you can say that about but I certainly feel that both of these bands qualify for the entire album experience!
I agree, particularly with Meloncholy. It just isn't as good in pieces, but is one of the best albums I own.

This is one of the albums that defined a whole era in my life, namely the 90's. Maybe I am too biased to rate this song, since I would rate each and every song of this album a 10. But what the heck, it is worth it.

God am I ever bored of this band... and Billy Corgan. My biggest complaint with radioparadise is that they play way too much Pumkins related material... Zwan, Corgan, Pumpkins who cares anymore?
Well...it might be because 20 or 30 years from now people will refer back to The Smashing Pumpkins the way we do Traffic or Cream now. All were truly transcendant in many respects, yet none had a lasting career in music. This does nothing to lessen their effect. If you miss this, you're not paying close enough attention. Excellent tune from one of the best albums in the past 20 years.

This guy's voice is only slightly less grating than Molko's.
Good STUFF! reminds me of 6th grade.
Growing up, I hated jocks and bullies, but listening to Billy Corgin totally makes me understand why some kids get the crap kicked out of them....

This is a great song. I love a band that can do as well with quiet, thoughtful songs as they can with face melting rockers. The Pumpkins were good at both.
Love, Love, LOVE this song!!
