Nice song, but I find this "chockachockchick" in the background very annoying! The song would be just as good without it. Talking about overdoing things! {#Whistle}
Very good song, thank you for this PSD. {#Biggrin}
Paul Jones blues show on www.bbc.co.uk radio 2 has a nice tribute to Lou Rawls this week (Jan 20 to Jan 27). Catch it if you can
thanks for the music
My friend had a nightclub in LA, and he called me in Baja to get up there because that night Van Morrison was going to do an unannounced set. In the event, Mr. Morrison's limo was parked outside, with him passed out inside of it. The band performed nonetheless, and they were excellent. That night Mr. Lou Rawls was seated next to me, and he performed a song. He was a true gentlemen, gracious, well-spoken, generous of nature. I was sorry to miss the great Van Morrison perform, but I considered then, and consider now, the night to have been a success. RIP, sir.
You'll Never Find Another Love Like Mine As in "You will Never Find Another Love Like Mine". Oops. So long Lou - I do you the justice of making sure the song title is correct. s
Gee...the great soul crooners slowly leave this mortal coil. This song is fine, if dated. For a searing sound experience, check out Lou's duet w/ Sam Cooke: "Bring it on home to me."
Sad to hear that Lou Rawls passed away today. He was loved by generations.
A fabulous talent who will be greatly missed... a friend of mine was his guitar player in recent years... Mr. Rawls was a gentleman. RIP Lou
Nice! Godspeed on your next journey, Lou!

The kind of track I just love to hear pop up unexpectedly on my iPod.
