It's not an imitation. It's actually cleverly edited and joined sound clips from broadcasts.

You have to order it from THEPARTYPARTY.COM Unfortunately, as I write this, the site is down, (apparently since August 26) but I actually purchased a CD from this site months ago. Alternately, when the site is up, you can download all the songs.
Where does one actually find this CD?

Thanks! Really, I'm a very friendly sort. And really, this track sucks.

yes, its funny the first time. after that, the pathos deepens.... its not a good feeling.
None too clever. After several listens, it's just inconsequential. It fails as satire (if that was the intention), and it fails as art.
Alright, it was funny the first time I heard it, now it's rated (gave it a 1 as I am feeling generous today.)

I was under the impression these were soundbytes restructured for the purpose of the song.
Disturbing and brilliant. I also loved Political Science and American Woman as part of the 'man, Bush sucks' rock block.
Trivia: The Lou Reed baseline is a secondhand sample -- what you hear in this track is a sample of A Tribe Called Quest's "Can I Kick It?" which sampled the Lou Reed baseline back in about 1992 or so. The clanging noise you hear periodically is the giveaway.
Okay, this is not a real song! it is not a good song! And don't we get enough of the Mega Moron during the day without having to hear him cover a Beatles song? The joke is over, now it is just annoying.
Wow! GW on acid!
I would rate this a 1, but I'm too busy laughing.

CRAP-O-LA Doen't deserve any airplay.... 'nuff said. What next?... Dr. Demento? Oh, Randy Newman... same thing. Looks like Bill has bottomed out today.
This is funny well, because.... We (meaning the USA) have an un-christian, double-speaking retard as our President. Start the chant with me now, THREE MORE YEARS, THREE MORE YEARS!!
What?
Max Headroom meets RP? This guys sounds like BUSH....which is not a good thing....

This will be funny once American Troups are no longer dying for the administration and its business interests. But its fair enough to fight evil with satire. A twisted grin is better than none. Nice seque with Fortunate Son too! Silence would be a mistake.
Clinton Lied, no one died.... might ask the Serbs what they think of that?

but happened again
I think if W did actually say that, his tiny little brain would explode. But here's something he did say: "Now, by the way, any time you hear the United States government talking about wiretap, it requires -- a wiretap requires a court order. Nothing has changed, by the way. When we're talking about chasing down terrorists, we're talking about getting a court order before we do so." - G W Bush, April 20, 2004, 2 1/2 years after he began authorizing secret wire taps without a court order against US citizens
Whew. Brilliant. Fool me once... can't get fooled again. :)
I've had this on mp3 for about a year, and never knew who was responsible for the bit of genius. Thanks again, Bill!

Sure.. if I can find it online. Itunes doesn't have it, who does?
Irony is always entertaining. =)

You might be a bigger person, Eulydude, but the Q of Suze has a bigger understanding of history and civilization. The underpinning of "western civilization" is liberty; included in which is the freedom to worship in any way you see fit - as long as your religion doesn't mean crashing a plane into a building. When doctinaires yield to the idea of peaceful co-existance, we in the West, will consider them our equals.
I love it!

Hmmmmm not sure about this one! Almost sacrilegous if you ask me
Whoa there buddy. Sacrilegious against Lenon or Bush? I seriously hope you meant something along the lines of, 'not sure about this one, the original song was better,' and not 'not sure about this one, George W's word is holy gospel and it's a sin to muck with it.' Either way suggests that you accept a form of dogma, but perhaps your language should avoid equivocation.

SusieQ, I think you need to take a deep breath, relax, enjoy the music (or not) and quit taking yourself so seriously. ;)
She's not being any more serious or zealous than all the Bush-haters here. She's also made several points that a lot of people (here and elsewhere) choose to ignore. I'm all for tolerance and differences in beliefs, but I do refuse to try the "group hug" approach with people who want to kill me. Back on topic, interesting song/mix/compilation...it's done well, but I still need a few listens to decide if I like it.
Creative.. brilliant! Who else better to sing this song? If only he meant it. Nothing like a warlord singing an anti-war song! (War wins...)
If it is sampled GW that would add a whole new dimension to it. Otherwise it simply sounds like a Beck-wannabe trying to do John Lennon.
No, he didn't! Thanks, Bill!

she could stand a spelling lesson or two while we're at it... Killer-Bee Killed
Finally Wm. Shatner has some competition!
Super!
OK, I was appalled at first, but I'm with it now. This is kinda funny.

Apparently you are, so let me hold your hand...start with these 2 things 1)Islamo-fascists. They want to kill every person on the planet who doesnt believe as they do...that is..all of western civilization...that means you and your friends 2)The idea of a balance of power and Communism...do you remember it? Yes - the utopian ideal in which the pursuit of resulted in the murder of at least 60 million people. If not read up...educate yourself before you yap silly on about "the administration's business interest"

Oh my Gosh!! That was sooo profound!!! Golly, how impossibly clever!!! Hint: For the benefit of you want-to-be intellectuals (including the band)...that was sarcasm. Right, imagine all the people living in a Godless world.. Emporer Lenon has no clothes.

George has a wild side too.

wow...that's a weird mix. And the idea of George Bush merged with Lou Reed makes my head hurt. The segue into "Fortunate Son" is almost over the top...I ain't no senator's son.
Dubya needs to listen to this! Irony...the sweet irony.
Shimmer wrote:
Is that really GWB sampled, or just a soundalike?
Based on the odd pauses, I'm guessing it's sampled from speeches and then pitch-shifted to sound like sentences.
Well, that was interesting. What a point made tho...
"Well, THAT was different."
I wish someone had some info on this or that I could find this for purchase. I heard this on Sirius Disorder over the holidays and have been looking ever since. I gotta have this on my iPod! BUT--if it's not really Bush, forget it. That would ruin the whole thing. (Anyone? Anyone?)
Followed by, CCR - Fortunate Son. There's nothing like irony to crystalize truth.
Wow! That is excellent!!

It sounds like samples of words edited together, to me. I'm torn between liking this and hating to hear GWB even quote a genius like John Lennon.
Clever and Catchy.
Do you think his ears are burning at this point?
what the hell?
Brilliant. Is that really his voice, sampled?
