Perfect soundtrack for chilling in a pool in Thailand. Thanks Bill 😎🌴🇹🇭
This hasn't been commented on in 13 years, so there you go.

I like this, very atmospheric except for the cheap drumming....
Thanks, so very nice as the 3pm monsoon storm rolls in.

If you like this, get this:

Review: 'The singing is consistently fine, and the engineering is expert.' Fanfare

Listen to the new Album "Insides" from Jon Hopkins. An excellent mixture of classic, piano and electronic music.
Plus a little bit of dubstep. :)

godlike ;)

Read your post, imagined doing so down a winding country road as the tune played... wow. {#Hearteyes}
The pleasure of the infinite is attained through music. Just another example of Bill's range-of-ear.
Thank you again for all the pleasures, which include items like this.

Is Imogen related to Uriah?  {#Lol}
awesome.:)
I've a weakness for Imogen Heap as it is (thanks to RP, of course), but this is just yummy!
And here it is again... and off I go to shop for the album.
Wow. A collaboration that was meant to be. Who is this guy? A synth walk in the park at sunrise. The strings behind the piano really sucks me in. Outstanding. Going on my watch list.
very dreamy. Has some cool beats as well.
This is sweet.

Long live analog......
y'all realize that if they wanted an authentic drum sound, they'd use a sample of a real drum and not a synth right? Long live the 808!
This tune is just so cool as background when riding the motorcycle!

THIS IS AN UTTERLY OVERWHELMING AND HAUNTING TRACK I thought at first the vocals weren't necessary. A few plays later; i think it's those harmonising vocals that give it an unearthly haunyting quality. but boy is it impossible to get the few lyrics online. can anyone help :)) ariel (paris-france)
Check out the Wikipedia entry for the motet at (click here) It has the lyrics for the original.

They're singing the Tallis motet "Spem in Alium"; that's most of the words I can hear, just the phrase "spem in alium", but if you google I expect you can find the full words to the motet.

Hello, The fake drumming just rubs me the wrong way -- the hits sound like the there is a vacuum sucking down the heads; which is the opposite of a drum stick hitting them. Boring. If they were being played by a human in the real analog world, there would be soul. 3 (or less)... Neil
Long live analog......
Not a bad choice - probably sounds great because I am zonked from a Baltimore to Raleigh drive today that took 9 hours due to accidents and road construction...so in my spaced out state (being near midnight here in NC), it is perfect for this moment. As an odd aside, I. Heap sung \"Lonely Little Petunia\" on the Six Feet Under soundtrack...
Saw John H live in The Spitz in London when Jon Redfern played earlier this year - very impressive indeed.
Proxy rating from me on behalf of nine-year old Natalie who likes this

I thought I heard Immi. Even with her help, this is ho hum. Immi's songs are much more interesting musically. They actually go somewhere. This song stays in the same place from start to finish.
I think it is one of those songs that is meant to ascend spiritually... at least for me. I imagine an ancient river, and a slow flow through a mystic wood.

Beautiful! Almost spiritual... "Soulless" it is not.
Good song !!
Excellent transition from Singing Winds, Crying Beasts.
Is this whole CD pretty good?

To go find his babe, no doubt. I like that funky beat he's laying down.
Iddnit s'posed to be Jon"s" Hopkins?
Very different, very cool, I would not buy it, but I do like it.
Now this is true chill music... extremely nice indeed!
Nice
I like that. Spem in Alium is a gorgeous motet, and this arrangement works surprisingly well. Of course, Imogen Heap has a great voice.
Please play this again, the stream cut out just when I was starting to dig it.
pretty sparkles. (ooh look -- a unicorn!)
Heavily reminiscent of classical Tallis tune "Spem in Alium", just like Blues Travelers "Hook" is a plain rock arrangemente of Pachebel's "Canon"
Even with Imogen this is drivel. I almost did not wake up to write this. ZZZZZZ so boring.
Too sleepy for me. This song is only good for background listening. I agree with the repetition... how about something more upbeat.
another bit of soulless "musical" debris
what? This one's going on the bedroom CD. yum.
When this came on my dog got up and left the room.
A long exposure shot of him on stage. Nice floating in space music.
This is just noise, and pretty poor noise, who buys this?

Dreamy but repetitive.
Nice one. Starting with a 7. Probably going up from there on further listenings.
Thanks, Bill. Beautiful music I might never hear otherwise.
very "chill" able..
quite strange.... and...
