Hold my head up
Turn around, Mary Lynn
Hold my head up
Turn around, Mary Lynn

And if you'd only stay the night
You'd see it's not so black and white
And on a hard day
Put your cares away and pray

Hold my head up
Turn around, Mary Lynn
Hold my head up
Turn around, Mary Lynn

is there supposed to be a song here?
naw, nothing moves me here; I really like a lot of the tracks off Resigned. Bill, since there are a lot of messages left for you here: You are bad! I'm hooked and ridin' the radiowaves. . .into the wee hours. . .
I get it! Artists that sound like John Lennon!! Have loved Michael Penn since his first notes in 1989.
Hah! It took a bit, but I finally figured out what I was hearing (in my head that is ...) Oh Shenandoah I long to see you away, you rolling river ... Certainly not a bad thing, but I'm still undecided. I was too distracted trying to figure out what it was reminding me of.
Playing on Canada Day Eh!
It sounds a tad bit like a slow Black Rebel Motorcycle Club to me...
Do I hear Perry Farrell in the background there?
Really nice. Bring back the 60's/70's sound!
Very Lennon-esque...
I bought the album because of this song. Brilliant stuff, especially the peal of thunder at about 1m10s.
Dear Prudence...

A nice easy transition from the Beatles.

Sounds like Give Peace a Chance (Live in Toronto.....) with various other Beatle spriklings.
All we are saying..... is give peace a chance... OOoops Wrong song
Kinda cool. I think it'll grow on me.
