If you like surf and college radio, check out WJCU 88.7 FM on Saturday mornings 9am-11am.  Lots of surf music being played on the Lake Effect Reverb show!

I feel like watching a Tarantino movie.....

funny, I make the opposite connection, I liked the music until I saw tarantino's movies. Now I associate both and sadly, the movies I dislike won and I want to skip the track every time it starts. The movies have ruined it :(
Telstar on horseback under pursuit.

I feel like watching a Tarantino movie when I hear surf music too. Or jazz music. Or hip hop. Or no music. Because, my friend, so many of his movies are KILLER.

That just means you always feel like watching a Tarantino movie. Nothing to do with surf music.
Wow, they had CDs back in 1963. I never knew that {#Mrgreen}

Again? Really? Tarantino didn't fucking invent or discover surf music. Please broaden your reference list.

A string of 2 or 3 surfari songs would just totally shred....

Gnarly, dude. Far freakin' out!

Hey, dude, how did you know I would be back today from the Gnarles, a group of islands far out off Prince Rupert?...........could have used this music when the freakin' 3 to 5 metre swells were coming through under the boat.

Surf rock meets tex-mex meets samba meets gypsy!!! Love it!!!{#Notworthy}
I consider myself "Captain Surf-O," a title to which I have absolutely no legitimate claim.   I declare this a very nice surf tune.  8.  There are better ones; I would encourage Bill to rummage-about in the numerous very-good contemporary surf collections.  There is some really good stuff out there.   I rather do like the Retroliners.  There is also plenty of great old stuff.

i'm from tx on vacation in ca. in tx we've been surfing with just boardshorts for about a month and a half. evidently it doesn't get warm enough for that till another month or so in ca. i did not bring my wet suit. i am not smart.
this song reminds me that i should have brought my wetsuit.

whatever, i still have rp. btw, california is great with or without the water activities. beautiful!!

The water doesn't get very warm in California.  Even in So Cal at the end of August, it likely won't be over 72 degrees.
