Sounds a lot like the recent hit from Slumdog Millionaire.
(Returning late to computer to add comment): I'm surprised no one likes this version. I love Dr. John's version of course but this is really fun, and from a great, eclectic (to say the least) soundtrack, Rainman
Ringo and his All Starr Band (w/Dr. John) does a much better version
This isnt ne'arly as bad as some are making it out to be. . . until one compares it to the other versions of this that are out there (and having lived in the N.O. area, I've likely heard a few that most have not)

When I'm in London I see the lead singer of the Belle Stars about all the time...she's a part of Camden Town culture...still cute too!
