Won't this body leave this mind
Can't this child decide to find
A reason why this soul might be subliming from another time
That's why I have, I feel
What some would say is a dangerous mind

Won't this lady leave this room
She's not dead, I'm not a tomb
My head's a rocket full of gin, but not quite dead
That's why I have, I feel
What some would say is a dangerous mind

What is wrong with anarchy
Is it so pretentious to search for freedom
And by that I do not mean the royal way
That's why this man won't say there is no better place than home
That's why I love my wife and I will never roam
That's why I have, I feel
What some would say is a dangerous mind

House of love was a shooting star, they did'nt shine very long but it was very brilliant!
Hey RP, can you please play more HOL especially from their self titled debut!!
Blue man album cover
I'll throw in Steve Kilbey into the mix of sound influences being tossed about.
sparkling, nice to hear this once again.
I REALLY LIKE this tune!  Nice selection!!!!

Yeah, not so much for me with this one.
MSTM. I figured it was a Peter Garrett  Billy Bragg duet

A combo of Midnight Oil and Matt Mays & El Torpedo for me — I like.

I'm channelling Billy Bragg myself. But this is okay.

Big house of love fan right here.
Good gawd, a song uses the word anarchy and suddenly everyone thinks it is about the government. Go read the lyrics, then come back with an intelligent post.

There's nothing cryptic about "what's wrong with anarchy", a sentiment I can sympathise with. Shame it's delivered so preachily, though. The instrumentals are pretty damn good. 6 from the Nottingham jury.

I usually try to ignore most of that tripe and just enjoy the music instead of looking for the anti-bush, anit-government hidden meanings. If you want anarchy move to Kenya. They have lots to go around.

more House of Love please, just uploaded Shine On.
It would sound a lot more convicing coming from Robyn Hitchcock. As it is, meh.
they have a lot of great tunes, my upload{#Dancingbanana}

Maybe I'm just a sucker for an English accent, but I'm liking this one.
Pretty Cool, this is what is right with RP music I'd never hear anywhere else.
Net their best IMHO, but still...it's the HOL man!
