It's on the playlist but it hasn't been played in over a year.  I like that tune better than this, but this is quite good too.
ugh make it stop

For a minute I thought this was Pomplamoose.  The singer sounds vaguely like Nataly Dawn.
I am prepared for 'mute'
I am not prepared for this BULL....
sounds like Anna Ternheim...
That's a good thing

this band has been haunting me for over a week, and everything is smiles.
Some of the background music sounds are like borborygmi. I think he should be prepared to feed her. {#Tongue}

She must be looking for a Boy Scout.
Not to crazy bout the chicks voice, but I am a sucker for bells, what can I say?{#Roflol}

One of the first songs I heard on RP a few years ago. It helped convince me that I had, indeed, found a treasure worth supporting.

Blek.

I don't know are they like an atom bomb? If they are then I'd have to say no. No to the atom bomb too.

Yer gotta giggle....{#Tongue}

With the difference these folks are not keen on whining, at least in this song

Incredibly beauty, truly charming
Uterly bothersome.

I second that. The new album is quite good.

This is a VERY creepy photo.  You will notice immediately that both of their upraised fingers are pointing to EXACTLY the place on the statue of Robert Kennedy where two, possible three of Sirhan Sirhan's bullets hit his head.  Since they appear to be dressed in clothing appropriate for the Hippie Days of the late 60's, I can only wonder why this conspiracy has not yet come to light.   Suspect a conspiracy.

Is that a likeness of RFK?  I thought it was of Charlton Heston in "Touch of Evil", when he had that moustache.

Her voice almost sounds like Metric

sounds like leaky plumbing; driving me nuts!
I feel like it's 1967 all over again. Quick run and  hide. Don't let those little feat commie bastards get us

Yeah, so did I.

I saw her Dad and Little Feat several times, back in the day. Now THERE was a rock and roll band! {#Music}

think I will go and catch butterflies while preparing for the atom bomb

Well, yeah...I mean, we DID climb under our desks in grade school back in the Detroit burbs in the early '60s, so I guess I am prepared for the atom bomb.

What??!!! You mean SE Michigan was a key Russkie target for complete anniliation had JFK (or his successors) pushed the little red button? You mean we would have been *instantly* vaporized?

HUH!

Ah, nice to hear Inara's voice again. I voted a little higher than I might have out of respect for her father, Lowell.
Enough!
A very charming song!  {#Daisy}

She's got an Astrud Gilberto-kinda thing going on with her voice...and I always did like that! but she can hold her notes better, which I like, too... Gotta say, wow — what a voice!

8? 7?

I like this and like it more because it's Lowell George's daughter Inara...too bad about the dork next to her...I guess he's nice tho...
This reminds me a lot to the soundtrack of "A Beautifull mind"

Inara George  and Greg Kurstin

Such a cool song. So eerie and unsettling.

She does a killer version of Joe Jackson's Fools In Love. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9RGsB06qGg

No, no, no, please play F-cking Boyfriend. It rattled me the first time I heard it because of her angelic voice. Thought I should have been watching Romeo & Juliet.

I do not understand. Please explain.
The vocalist, Inara George, is the daughter of Lowell George (Little Feat).
Thanks for sharing this information. Lowell was a true artist. Very interesting music.

I heartily recommend the album. This track is one of the weaker ones in my opinion. "I'm A Broken Heart" is sublime, "I Hate Camera" and "My Fair Lady" are faves as well... oh, and "F*cking Boyfriend" is a funky understatement, luv it. I saw them live in L.A. - great stuff.
I uploaded "My Fair Lady" but it wasn't, uh, fully appreciated by the LRC voters. The vocalist, Inara George, is the daughter of Lowell George (Little Feat).

OMG, I just saw them with Rilo Kiley and they were AMAZING! She is a cutie patootie, she had balloons she threw in the audience and a bubble machine on the stage. LOVE them.

Like the song, but I\'m feeling like I hear it maybe 3 choruses a day too often. There\'s lots of other great music waiting to get into the game, man.

Yeah - that is definitely one thing I noticed as well. I prefer this .. T.I.M. is a bit too fragile for my tastes.
I get a riff borrowed from 'Green Dolphin Street'.... I like.....

Hmmm...I had thought Zero 7 until I looked. As far as being prepared, yeah...they taught us all how to crouch under our desks in the event that Nikita pushed the button. Of course, SE Michigan would have been so vaporized it would have made little difference...better to get us all a round of cherry Cokes to celebrate our last moments!
In case of emergency tune your radio to 510 or 1610 and listen for instructions. Remember! Preparedness is Being Prepared!
