Started out HOT!!!! Then it got whiny. Then it picked up, then it got whiny again. Overall, I give it a whiny 4.

I could be wrong and I often am wrong but I stand by my initial post. If you dig a little into this group's history you find that they are indeed influenced by Porcupine Tree and, yes, also by Radiohead.
