Is it weird that Artist is noted as "Jugalbandi Trio" while the notes state "Jugalbandi is a musical duo from Scotland" ?

Uhm, that's the point?

I walked over because I thought it was some David Lindley that I didn't know...nice.
Sweet guitar.
What a masterful, moving morning of music - kudos Bill!

It's very cool.. I would have never guessed they were Scottish.. groovy!{#Bananajam}
I keep thinking this is going to turn into Chocolate Jesus. I think I need to hear it a few more times so that I can get over that. It's a nice piece!

Fusing styles has been a defining feature of the modern, and very vibrant, Scottish music scene this last decade. I'd not heard of this bunch before so thanks to RP (again!) for the intro, but other examples of style and culture fusion are Salsa Celtica, Afro-Celt Sound System, and the Peatbog Faeries (to mention just a few). This is way cool :o) - 8 from the laid-back Albaphile Nottingham jury.
