Break me on the thirty-seventh hour
Tout me, doubt me, show me all of your power
I will watch you rise on my back from the ground
Friend or foe?
I don't know
Do you like what you've found?

Because I will one day shine with you
I'll shine on a faithful few

Show me low quotations
Have you earned your stripes?
Fabricate salvation
Lord, I know your type
I've known you all my life
I was always wrong, you all in white

Brush my cause aside with little trouble
Oh my god, I think I'm hearing double
I will watch you rise on my back from afar
Friend or foe?
I don't know now you're up in the stars

But I will one day shine with you
I'll shine on a faithful few

Show me low quotations
Have you earned your stripes?
Fabricate salvation
Lord, I know your type
I've known you all my life
I was always wrong, you all in white

Fabricate salvation
Lord, I know your type
I've known you all my life
I was always wrong, you all in white

Wow.  Video link halfway down the thread changes everything about this tune.  Maybe?  Wow.

Nothing has changed since May 12, 2012. This song is still an icepick to my eardrum.

Will people ever stop being so negative and try to proclaim the good and beauty of things instead of being so ugly?

The Brits come up with good music.  It's about the only thing they do well.   (I'M KIDDING)
I'm in the minority, but I like this song.

Wow, no kidding. This is painful.

Has singing in tune suddenly become unfashionable?
PSD to the rescue.
Nice tune. But rather indistinguishable in singer anyway, from Coldplay. This is an 8 for me. I like it's vibe and the lyrics, although I have to go get them, I'm not sure if he's being kind, mean or redemptive.
This strikes the same nerve as Mofo and Sons. Uggee.

Completely forgettable.
Have the Vaccines found what they're looking for yet?

PSD is your friend

Mumfart and Sons went electric?
Someone call 911, I need to get these sharp sticks removed from my ears.

NSFW...  ironic, since I'm at work.

At times, the singer sounds like Chris Martin. But the rest of it of course isn't Coldplay, just better.
Good tune! Bass & guitar combo sounds a little U2'ish, doesn't it?
Outstanding. Nary a dud on the album. Thank you Hathaway.

Cutler was a member of the Noise Abatement Society and the Voluntary Euthanasia Society.
A very welcome change after Marvin Gaye... By god, sorry, but I just hate that high pitched smoothboy with the intensity of a forman grill.
The market thinks this album is worth $5 and change.

Come on the title of the album alone is enough to give this a 7!

that´s what a call crap! where the melody and instrumentation way below average, the singing is absolutely horrible
Good tune! Lead vocalist sounds somewhat like Chris Martin, only better.
Pretty sure it's Mumford & Sons. :/
I enjoy this song musically and because it is basically an interesting, relatively modern poem put to music. Not all people like that, but love it! {#Tongue}
One of my favorite albums of this year
awesome
Thought it was Airborne Toxic Event but instead it's Vaccines ... {#Roflol} they are similar, aren't they??

I figured it out. I hate the singer.

Not soooo much for the mind... Seemingly meaningless drivel.

Mumford and Sons meets Coldplay.  It's like chewing on cardboard.
Great song. And it reminds me to get my flu shot.
I tried to come up with a redeeming quality to this song, but I failed. 1

Not impressed by the song (or by Mumford & Sons, for that matter).

My wife says it sounds like Mumford & Sons.  I kind of agree with the Interpol post.

Hmm... It doesn't sound Eastern European to me.
old-school and annoyingly boring!

I like this, it's slightly Interpolish.
I think this is one of those songs I'll like more the more I listen to it. Somehow that sentence doesn't sound like it should make sense, but it does.
Thanks for approving my upload! :-)
And a very nice album btw.
