I was just a boy
My father seemed a mountain then
With a voice that could shake the seas
My mother's ghost hung across his shoulders
And he said she was still watching over me

My brother was home
Just returned on army leave
Told his stories with a distant stare
And as it snowed
The wind was howling through the trees
And I spent my night just listening by the fire

My hands move the creases from my brow
Soft as a breath
It's like a feather
I dreamed of a lonely voice that night
Quiet as death
Outside my window
It sang a sad and lovely tune
Clear as a bell
Soft as a shiver
It said, I want you all the time
It said, I want you all the time

Goodbye bad thoughts
I'm safe under covers
So goodbye bad thoughts
'Cause I'm safe under covers
Now I can see you again

{#Good-vibes}  sigh.. {#Cry}
Sweetly nostalgic and innocent without being sickly or twee. 7 from the warm-glowed Nottingham jury.

Hey, don't drag Band of Horses into this...
I'm sure it's very good, but I don't like it.

acoustic, Humanoid-free Grandaddy kind of sound, I'd say

not a very radical pace on that song. I appreciate  RP selections, but often just NO upbeat stuff in the mix for a long while

First time I hear this song, and love it immediately. Hope I'll hear it again and again ;) identing each time my rating for it.
His band Electric President is also great, similar to Postal Service.

As a Radical Face-fanboy I'm quite happy (and a little proud, silly me) that Bill & Rebecca already added 4 of my uploads - thanks for that!

Mountains happens to be my favorite by them - there's even a special memory attached to it: At their Berlin concert this February I so wished they'd play it that I couldn't help but shout for "Mountains", even though I embarrassed myself and shocked my girlfriend... Ben, the singer/mastermind, kindly replied with something along the lines of "I'm sorry, we haven't figured that one out yet". He seems to be an incredibly nice, humble and down-to-earth guy and even signed - or rather: painted - me a pretty autograph. I really hope he'll get the success he deserves (as long as he doesn't become stadium-size popular over night)!

{#Cheers} Thanks for uploading the tunes. I like this song and the other one ("Black Eyes") that I've heard from this album.
