Awful.
What an unusually stupid and relentless tune. At least David Byrne is reliable.
Quite likable!  Except I can't imagine the poor music lovers who hate DB....good luck and enjoy your PSD!

when i dont like something playing on RP , it's David Byrne

Hmmm, my loins were barking too after a short camel trek in Rajasthan (Thar Desert) recently where we also encountered goats 'calling for the knife'.

Yup.. Nothing worse than barking loins....

Prety much the way I feel about it, too.

The female singer sounds like she is throwing up. And BD still sounds like a sea loin barking for fish. Other than that I like it.

screeching...{#Sorry}
Fan-freaking-tastic.
This is a really good song — for someone, just not me. Byrne is an acquired taste. PSD that baby.

This isn't your father's Talking Heads! Talking Heads 77 was pretty cool though, I'll agree with you on that, but I have to disagree on your comment that this is going nowhere (perhaps on the road to nowhere?) I like this new material, and St. Vincent can sing!
I like it....saw them on Kimmel I think...cant remember

This is not the same formula as the Talking Heads it merely shares the same singer for half of the vocals.  Like it or don't like it, but don't be clueless.
I like it right now—-I'm kind of tired and feeling yucky and it's making me feel better.
I'm intrigued by this collaboration.

Not my taste!
Haven't made my mind up about the song yet, but damn is that photo creepy.

Great collaboration, but what's with the photo? I've seen St. Vincent and she doesn't normally look like she's storing cell phones for the winter.

agree, she looks more like this - or she did in 2010. The guy she is with in the photo below is Daniel Hart

Is Byrne made out of wax now?
I too saw it...not bad
Go see this show!
Saw this on Colbert last week.  Backed up the DVR and watched it about 5 times, which I rarely do with any performance. It was that interesting and good.

Ah, the crybaby fest that attends each and every DB release.  Like the return of the swallows to Capistrano, this RP message board event is something to be appreciated.  Cry on.  Cry and ye shall be free.

I'm surfin' the wave of tears right through the Pearly Gates, baby.
Just purchased this album & it's fantastic. And my love Mr Byrne continues to grow!

The first kind of quirky notes I think "Hey it's Laurie Anderson" but noop.

"At one point," continues Byrne, "there was a beauty and the beast idea, but with the roles reversed, with me as a plastic beauty and Annie as a feral beast." ("Feral beast," she nods.) "It was, to me, making fun of our age difference, but it got tempered to be less obvious, more of a double take: 'Whoa!'

Yeah, saw them at TheTower outside Philly...a great show! Wonderful beats, movement and quirky whimsy.
Saw them last week in Montreal. Awesome! Very well done. The brass was mic'ed so they could move around in choreographed movements. They also played some stuff from their individual catalogs - from the Byrne side that included :  "Burning Down the House", and "Strange Overtones". Byrne still has got it, St Vincent was really good - good team.

Say what you want about Davids voice, he can still come up with original beats every time. Love the mix.
This one's pretty good.
