I used to play Low in the motor club when I was in the Raf in 1981. There were complaints about my "weird" music. Mainstream numpties..
I love the sound of Breaking Glass....
Whoa serious PHONK displayed.. Thanks RP for playing everything, I knew Bowie had one heck a career, abd who else would play this on the airwaves?

4 decades later it's easy to dismiss this, but that would be wrong.

Landmark, iconic production. The return of one of the few legitimate music geniuses.
When I would play this repeatedly after its release, my college roommate used to yell at me, "TURN THAT SHIT OFF!"

He's apologized repeatedly for his mistake, and agrees with me that this was an extraordinarily important record.

yep, I think it's in his top 5, I love this album

I knew from the voice it was Bowie but thought: "Did Zappa write this for him?"

What a fun bass line to play.....if you're a bass player.
Nice to hear this song. But I know an other version (from Sound & Vision) of this song I like more.
Love minimalist Bowie.  Then again I love all Bowie.
The best song ever on No2!

One of my favorites for over 35 years.

Your such a wonderful person but you got problems. Wo, ho, hooooo.

I'll never touch you.

Yes, I would very much like to hear this again and again!  Delve deeper into any Bowie album for that matter, his music is so cool
I liked it. At low volume and in a noisy room, thought it may have been 10cc.
Whoa. Haven't heard this before. Thought it was Zappa at first.
