Ooh Oooh Oooh Oooh
Ooh Oooh Oooh

I found a lucky charm
I dressed it up with love
I crossed the Seven Seas to you
Will it be enough?
And I will be a rainbow
Oh, while your storm is gone
And I will bring the song for you
And I will carry on

Ooh Oooh Oooh

Ooh Oooh Oooh

I'm reachin' for the stars
In the sky above
Oh, I will bring their beauty home
The colors of my love
And I will be a rainbow
Now your storm is gone
And I will bring my song to you
And I will carry on

Ooh Oooh Oooh
Ooh Oooh Oooh
Ooh Oooh Oooh
Ooh Oooh Oooh Oooh Oooh Ooh Ooh

Love is enough
Though the world be a wind
Words have no voice, but the voice of complaint
My hands shall not tremble, my feet shall not falter
The voyage shall not weary, the fish shall not alter
Hmm, It's rainbow, oh it's rainbow
Oh, can't you see the eyes are the eyes of a lover

Pocket full of hearts
A world that's filled with love
A love that carries all before
The passion and the flood
I lie beneath the rainbow

Now your tears have gone
And I will sing my song for you
And I will carry on

Ooh Oooh Oooh Oooh
Ooh Oooh Oooh
Ooh Oooh Oooh
Ooh Ooh Oooh Ooh Oooh

Oh yeah, Oh oh oh oh no no baby Ooh oh oh
Oh yeah, Ooh Ooooh Ooh
Ooh Oooh Oooh
Ooh Oooh Oooh
Ooh Oooh Oooh

i said the same thing about this song: https://radioparadise.com/musi...
IDK?  I will have to listen to it a few more times, before I decide.

Why would Plant lend himself to a recording company supergroup. He already did that.
Lucky enough to have seen him at Glastonbury with Alison Krauss a few weeks ago - he still amazes me, the boy from West Bromwich has done well! ( I was born there as well)
Instruments overwhelm a good voice
Man, Robert Plant makes some beautiful music.
He would be a worthy Travelling Wilbury

Sing a Song of Sixpence,

I watched "Salinger" just few days ago, a documentary about the writer of The Catcher, which in French is translated as "The Heart-Catcher", l'Attrape-Coeur. This song sounds very close to Salinger's quest. They are minstrels, troubadours, voyageurs et baladins.

From a first day of September in Beijing, where students have their first day of school and the weather has this very specific taste of autumn.

quite like his more recent solo stuff.

If you're talking about that Wiki picture, regardless of whether the hair is real or not, he reminds me of the troll in Monty Python's Holy Grail in that pic.

He's still creating some note-worthy music (how's about trump's "system" made out of dryer lint!)

And today a beautiful segue from Mac's "Sands of Time".  The Plant's still going strong here at 66.

I don't know who should be more flattered by your comparison, Plant or Lanois?

What a brilliant transition from "Yours is no disgrace!"
Muscle&Mussel is in Gymnopedie No. 1. written & sɛnd across seven seas so it became a lucky charm.
How many guys his age and his career are still willing to take such artistic risks with such panache? Big respect and an 8.
Sorry, syrupy sweet and monotonous.

Utter nonsense.  Sounds very nice.  Like most things Robert Plant.  I would love to be making music this good this far into my career.

You know what? You are right, sir. It should not matter. My comment was my inarticulate attempt to say that I believe that Plant's face today reflects the excesses of the rock-and-roll lifestyle of the 1970s.

I grew tired of The Zep and Mr. Plant's screeching shortly after I graduated from high school. Frankly I dismissed him for years as just another dinosaur. But I saw Mr. Plant on Colbert the other day, and I was surprised and impressed with his intellect and sense of humor. I have a new level of respect for him.

Having said that, he still looked like a hundred miles of bad road.

Plant has really changed and grown as he has gotten older.  He knows he can't belt out most Zep tunes and has followed where his voice has taken him.
And I was wondering how he was going to top Band of Joy...
Wonerful song!

In 2014 we  were privileged by at least three outstanding releases by "veterans": Stockholm, by Chrissie Hynde; Hypnotic Eye, by Tom Petty; and this joy, Lullaby..., by Plant.

Interesting to hear this morning that he tore up a contract for a Zep reunion.

Not a bad thing IMHO.
Stil singing at an amazing level...

Good one.

I saw him perform this on Jimmy Fallon's show a couple of weeks ago.  It was an interesting interview and performance!

{#Music}

Had a couple Zep albums growing up but I was never a fan of the screeching singers - Chalk on a blackboard for me.
I actually like him better now and you have to hand it to him - He is one of only a handful of artists that has been able to still be relevant 40 years on.
Epic talent who (in my opinion) has taken music to another level.
If this guy sticks with it, he could really go places.

Yeah ... gotta say it's been a while since I was a Zep fan, but Mr. Plant gave a very good accounting of himself on Colbert, the other day.

like his music but his lyrics suck

What a great, infectious riff. And Plant's subtle crooning is perfect alongside it.

.........still loving this........can anybody else hear Roy Orbison? >>>>>>>>>>>>  (block your ears RP - no, not you RP -  Robert Plant!! )

Think about it. This is a guy with a 3-4 octave range who hasn't let age slow him down, but has adapted his material to the limitations of an aged voice. I read a long time ago in Rolling Stone where the jazz glitterati, including Miles, went to see one of Louis Armstrong's last recording sessions. No, Louis couldn't sing with the gusto and bravado of his youth, but held everyone spellbound with his phrasing. Plant is one of the very best of the past generation. Props.
 .......{#Daisy}  {#Clap}  {#Clap}  ......  of course I like it !!

That's true but I saw a picture of him from when he was 21 and he looked like he was 45.......still producing great music unlike a lot of his contemporaries. Sad to hear him say he'll pack it in after his next record.

It is growing on me, also.  I never would have known that was Plant ...

I'm always amazed he even still has a singing voice after that brief but gut-wrenching scream in Communication Breakdown about 100 years ago.

Always good to hear some new Plant. Thanks RP.
Saw him play at Glastonbury and he was the musical highlight of the weekend for me.

I am SO looking forward to his new album.
Saw him last week in Zürich. The band is excellent, Plant's voice is still smooth and instantly recognizable. {#Crown}  Really enjoy this tune as well.

New Plant!  Sounding Good!!
New Robert Plant.  That is a good thing.
Good first listen. But most of his solo albums are pretty patchy. First!
