I could hear them howling from afar
I saw them rushing to your car
In a moment all went screaming wild
Until the darkness killed the light

I remember running to the sea
The burning houses and the trees
I remember running to the sea
Alone and blinded by the fear

And the river flows beneath your skin
Like savage horses kept within
And all is wasted in the sand
Like breaking diamonds with your hand

I remember running to the sea
Remember falling to my knees
I remember gliding off the shore
Until I touched the ocean floor

And the river flows beneath your skin
The savage horses kept within
And all is wasted in the sand
Like breaking diamonds with your hand

And the river grows inside of me
And the river grows inside of me
And the river grows inside of me
And the river grows inside of me

I know it's nothing special, but I still love the melody and her beautiful voice - 8 points!
Hauntingly beautiful.Love it.
The vocal was iffy, the riff was icky, really wanted to give this a chance because RP is offering ... but that pounding beat is a dealbreaker. No redeeming qualities. Glad it finally stopped. Thank you.

From the album called The Inevitable End. The horror.
Wonderful - just tuned in

Holy Shit. That changes the tune completely.
Generally speaking, synth-heavy music with a pulsing synthobeat does not appeal to me, but this does. In some way, knowing what it's about adds to its qualities. Really cannot separate the theme of the piece from an emotional pull. Music can do some pretty weird things.

Gorgeous voice, but let's start a Kickstarter campaign to buy her a real rhythm section. And a producer. The whole production is like, nineties electropop gloop.

same singer as on M83's Oblivion soundtrack?

M83 did a great piece for "Versailles" on the tellybox recently.
I hear Kate Bush....
Royksopp rules! And Suzanne Sundfor's voice matches perfectly their world. Hope they will continue to collaborate. The title "Save me" on the same album or their cover of "Ice machine" from Depeche Mode are awesome as well.

I always expect Patrick Swayze and Baby to go sashaying across the screen when I hear this.

Oh, sometimes I forget this gif exists. Thanks for reminding me.

Fits perfect.
More than the song I like the video and comment postings!

You apparently aren't acquainted with 2/3rds of the elements of sex, drugs and rock and roll.

These guys are from  Tromsø?  That is way up there.....

So aside from Norwegian performers, I'm thinking that relative to population, RP plays more Icelanders than any other country.  Norway might be a close second.

First they come raiding, and steal everything.  Then they fill your heads with music.

{#War}
A voice to fall in love with.
Geez, I thought this was Kate Bush!

Maybe we can blame it on Rockville. {#Cheesygrin} {#Whipit}

SquiddlyDiddly's just adding some color and atmosphere to the page. Lighten up, Sandy baby.
Like breaking diamonds with your arse?

(checks lyrics... nevermind...)
Wow! I see Jane Fonda AND Olivia Newton John dressed in pastel spandex, running in place! Is "Fresh Garbage" a comment on this song?

Haha, it probably seemed perfectly sensible in their minds... {#Bananasplit}{#Chillpill}

Equally unstandable as Rockfish, with the sole exception that this seems to be a real female voice at last. Too bad I can't PSD on my hi-fi tuner.
Hysterical.

I've always loved this Royskopp track. Sundfor's voice is such a complement to Royskopp's electronic sound. Bravo!

I dunno.  I like it 2 minutes into the first listen.

Nice change of pace!  A few songs ago heard a great Dead song.  Now a nice trance/chill song.  :)
Simply put: Röyksopp are crazy. Maybe just like most Scandivanians (blame it on weather conditions, lack of affordable alcohol or whatever) but in this very case crazy equals great.
Hot Hot!!! {#Bananasplit}

Damn, It's happened again, Fred and I in complete agreement!

totally confused....good sound? suckobarfo? hmmm.
can you please play it again? maybe after a second time...

Take all the shite country on RP and replace with more of this.

That would be paradise.
Another female singer that sounds just like 20 or 30 other female singers now days :^ /

No place?!? It's the only place!

"Dude, where's that RP rave at?"
Susanne reminds me a bit of the singer for Sixpence None the Richer...

same singer as on M83's Oblivion soundtrack?
yuck {#Arrowd}
and I love most of their stuff - this one is bland
I'm in - love the diversity and melody.

Keep it coming
I'd say RP is the place for all kinds of music. Discovered quite a lot of bands/artists (and genres!) I didn't know myself. EDM has a place here, albeit an odd one, since the 'general' EDM crowd wouldn't listen to RP anyway
I kind of like the vocals, but it's a bit too euro-rave dance sound for me. But I don't mind really, as RP is nothing if not eclectic, which means that, yes, once-in-a-while a song will get played that I or someone else might just not like ALL THAT MUCH. Keep on keeping us listening and thinking Bill!
Pleasant voice but track could have done with a bit less of the Thumping, ruins quite a nice pop song.

It's kinda crazy to see votes come in after only 20 seconds of the song being played.

I voted right away because I own this album already, and love this track, but hey, that's me.
oooo first one first one....
