Please don't come closer, I'll tell
You are my love, I'm your well
I'm the source that you seek
Whenever you're in need
You balance upon your well

Who would you blame if you fell?
Would you lose what you
Or only cause pain to them all?
You slip, but your hands catch the fall
Holding the weight of it all
And you're heavily hung
Sticking yourself to the wall

It's my inside you're holding on today

Oh, you empty me day after day
I am just giving away
I dissolve in your mouth, dissolve in your

It's my inside you're holding on to-
And still I take care of you

I let go
Being your well

Blimey, she sounds (or wants to sound) like Laura Marling!

I was feeling a Fiona Apple vibe meself.

Some guy who didn't listen to the song: It's "You're"

"You are my love, I'm you're well"

I think not when your is followed by well in the lyrics.
Seems this lyric and the song title should be possessive.
At least to me.

Much nicer than Marling.
I like the strummed dulcimer in the middle of the track.

NO.
And you're heavily hung?
She sounds a lot like Tina Dico. I'm not sure why Bill doesn't play more Tina Dico. It would fit in nicely in this station.
Sold within 3 bars. Probably a 9. Wow.
The background beat annoys the crap out of me. Like there is another track running at the same time.

First 1 star rating I'm giving here!

That "4-on-the-floor", folk music beat existed for centuries before Asaf Avidan was born.  However, "Steal the Empathy" would make a good band name.

Fair point, I should have said the 'melody" as such.
Secondly, billionaire presidents have already have a lock on "Steal the Empathy" bit.  Nambia, indeed.

Steal the beat from Asaf Avidan, steal the empathy from the Beatles, "Some day you''l be mine", put your own spin on the balance and you had me until the register change. 7.1 down to 5.8

So much like Laura Marling, but great nonetheless

"piqued"

However, peaked seems to work here too ;-)

Yoko?

Hmm....did any whales beach themselves while hearing this track? Seems much tamer than Ms. Ono's vocals...not that that's a criticism.
I'm pretty sure it will grow on me.
Just doesn't quite fall together the way it should.  She doesn't have enough of a voice to pull it off.

What a good starting guitar. Thanks PSD
Yoko?

Nice find on the PSD, thank you.

I got it there, too. Really could do well on the main, I'm sure.
Nice find on the PSD, thank you.
