This duo is so cool.  We saw them at Firefly Festival in 2021.. Loved them.
I've realized the real reason I like this tune is that it has nothing to do with what I normally listen to.
Love it!! Portuguese would not be the first language I'd think of for dance music. Awesome!

This is uses in UK as an advert for our car breakdown services the AA it has a dog playing an LP and sitting on an armchair enjoying the breeze as if driving along. The dog is a soft toy and it's brilliant as is the song. Thanks for playing it
CHAIR DANCING  TIME!!
Silly? Brilliant!  Every time RP plays this, I have to switch over to youtube and play it 3 more times.   Come dance me Data!

That's so 2021 of ya...now in 2022 it's "Thanks William!" ;-)

I've got this one at an 8, high enough to play on 'My Favorites' and part of a larger section of my faves that seem to play together (including the Morphine song that is playing now; Top Floor, Bottom Buzzer) and since it's Friday and I'm logging off work early (3pm) "Let the Party Start!!"

Sounds like Adam Driver singing into a paper bag.
I'm a big fan if soft animals, and I've loved all of Sofi Tukker's work on RP, so it's time to flash the plastic on a CD. This would be great in my car and my soft toys could dance to it :o)
I am 70 years old but I  love to dance with this music. What a good tune!!!!
The more I hear this tune, the more I like it!!  Thanx RP!
BOUNCE!!!!
EXCELLENT!!! I never heard of them prior to RP. Now, I like several of their tunes. Thanx RP!!
Really like "Best Friend" by this duo.  (Explicit language in the video)

I think they take their job VERY seriously, which is why this is so dang good despite being ostensibly disposable. Just like in every other musical genre, the cream rises to the top.
¡Sabroso!
. Y alumni UWC !
Suffering as I do from being born into a unilingual environment, I do appreciate the sounds of other languages, even though I am pre-disposed to story-telling in songs as well. Anyway, this is cool! I bought it off iTunes for my driving playlist.

Anyone here recognise this from the dog in front of the fan in the AA UK ad?

Damn, I went to Brown a few decades too early to catch this group.
I like that whistling teakettle in there too. Triggered me.

Only 4pm on Friday by me now.  Almost drinkee time
This tune is used in the UK as the background to a TV advert for a car rescue service using a puppet dog and an all-yellow mid-century furnished living room, I kid you not.
Dog's tail wags along with the music like a windscreen wiper. Good song, good puppetry.
my buddy Andre Palma loves this song

man,had to edit this post because you were responding to a hater of dance music. his post didn't show.  I'm with ya man... I'm older than dirt and I find new music that moves my soul here at RP.  Sofi Tucker is one of those bands.  Not into Rap, but if the music moves my soul it usually moves through my body and depending on the tune... I just might cut a rug!  Guessing you have never been to a Dead show...most the whole audience is dancing... fuckingroovin!

Her name (obviously) always reminds me of this:

"On November 4, 1963 The Beatles performed as the 7th act at the Queen’s Royal Variety Performance. That was the show where John Lennon uttered his famous "Those in the cheap seats clap your hands, the rest of you can just rattle your jewellery" remark to the royals.
McCartney introduced the next song, “Till There Was You” from the play The Music Man, as having also been “recorded by our favorite American group, Sophie Tucker”—an apparent joke about her size, something Tucker often joked about herself."

Once in a while I'll hear a song and it will just stop me in my tracks. I have to find out who it is. This id one of those songs.

I like it, very like. A solid 9.
I had to turn this off after a minute or so... the monotony reminded me of a Nintendo game... Sorry, not at all for me.
A little Drinkee sounds good right about now.  ; )

Mmm, Righteous  (raise it all da way : )
This got used as the music bed for a montage sequence in an episode of Rosewood.  Worked rather well in that application.

Thanks again RP for expanding my musical palate.
I listen to Radio Paradise a lot of years, and always surprises me with some new tunes from all around the world.
This combination of modern electronica and some Brazilian influences is really awesome.
