Love the whistle. It's right in an octave similar to mine, so easy to whistle along to....so how do we how do we how do we not fade away? That's a easy question to answer. Whistle as you go. Hey, it works for me. š

I've always loved music and one thing I recognized from an early age is that even if I don't like a particular song or style of music, I always respect what into making that song. It could be the production, how well it's mixed or recorded, or the emotion the artist put into the performance. There is always something "great" about any performance, even if we don't personally like it.

Well said. Someone somewhere loves every piece of music that has ever been recorded.
As a specific example, I'll bet US$20 that LP did not compose and record this song to please me. Doesn't matter; somebody somewhere dearly loves this track.

A couple years ago LP opened for Bryan Ferry at The Lincoln in DC. Fantastic show, both did not disappoint!

Not a bad listen, even if it's got the obligatory "millennial whoop" in abundance (wha-oh-e-oh-e-oh...), plus ukulele - the hipster accessory that's almost becoming as necessary as a fedora and suspenders. At least she's not the standard "cookie-cutter", Barbie-doll, pop-star type and she does have a powerful voice. Apparently she's been a prolific songwriter for a while. Pretty cool.

Saw LP live in 2014 at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, one of the truly great annual music festivals. Had never heard her music before and she blew the large crowd away. Great voice and band energy.
