Smooth Hound SmithSmooth Hound Smith is a Nashville-based Americana duo made up of Zack Smith and Caitlin Doyle-Smith. Caitlin grew up in Fresno, California. She studied at the LA Music Academy, and got a degree at the Academy of Contemporary Music in England. Zack is from Santa Monica, California. He worked as a bartender and solo in Smooth Hound Smith on the side. He sat in with Caitlin's band, Dustbowl Revival, one night, and that was the beginning for the duo. In 2013, Caitlin joined Smooth Hound Smith, singing and playing percussion.
