Having heard this a few times now, I just have to say that it sets off my manic...which is uncomfortable...

There isn't much to this but it somehow never gets monotonous.  That takes talent.

Man is a genius. Seen him dj a live set in Croatia many moons ago which was truly magical. Top pianist as well, btw. For the unfamiliar, I can wholeheartedly recommend checking out his track Epikur.
