I'll never understand how this honest man
Could come between you and I
This could never apply to how i thought things would happen for us
Oh honey whats all the fuss about

I haven't seen you in months but I've been here all along
And then I tell you I'm happy and to whom I belong
And you cant seem to hear me out
Oh honey whats all the fuss about

I know I've held my tongue for too long
And then I held it again
Hold it against me when I'm wrong
And I was favoring to your frailty
And I'll never again ever agin feel so guilty

You've got a whole new life the one you said you could use
The one you told me would let you leave your past behind you
If you could look at me and tell me how you could let this win
Oh honey you've let it all in
You're putting me at fault
But honey that ain't your call
Oh honey that ain't your call

I know I've held my tongue for too long
And then I held it again
Hold it against me when I'm wrong
And I was favoring to your frailty
And I'll never again ever agin feel so guilty

I wish the best for you and all you said you would do
I hope you want for me all that I want for you
If you could seem to hear me out
Oh honey what's all the fuss about

I like it, too, William! Thanks! Interesting rhythms... Oddly strained vocals... All of it kinda makes me think of that Cold War Kids song, "Hang Me Up to Dry..."
A great addition - easy "7" on first listen.
