I have a song of hers on Moonshine(label) Acid Jazz Test Part 2 called U Make Me Want To... That's the only other thing of hers I've heard and would like tyo hear more. I love her voice, but That's understandable since I'm pretty sure her father is Jon Anderson - from Yes. One of my all-time favourite singers.
If that is true, I can hear the father's undertones in her voice, but not a bit of his musical prodigy. This is ultimately bad.
was this song in a soundtrack sometime? Sounds like a vampire movie to me....
Interesting to hear this shortly after Portishead. Same mode, less talent. Still, just about OK.
This isn't very good, imho.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Below average skills all around. The singing would be nothing without overdubs, echo/reverb, etc. The beat is dull, and the bells and other crap in the background offer not one catchy riff or hook.
not the best crush, but any crush is good... and here's AMG's entry for deborah anderson
this song reminds me of finishing highschool. my mother had the la femme nikita series soundtrack, and she played it every day. it reminds me of being in her car every morning on the way for coffee because we lived so far away from my school at the end that we had to get up early. for some reason it makes me smile to remember that. this makes me enjoy the song.
as far as DJ Krush goes, I've liked a lot of his other stuff a bit better...
Ack!

I recognize her voice, I think. Can anyone enlighten me as to where I\'ve heard it before? The song is okay, I guess, but the repetitive beat is a bit too much.
DJ Krush is fantastic. It\'s about time you added him to your playlist! Even though my submission was rejected . . .
Mind numbing.
