Black another eye to show
Please don't tell me what I know
I'm falling slow

Torrid times highs and lows
but who's to know
I'm falling slow

Crush another finger but it's numb
a sign of what's to come
smash another picture we once won
It looks silly now you're gone
I'm holding on

All the times we cried
I'm sorry that I lied
I'm sorry that I've spoken sorry that I've spoke

All the times we cried
I'm sorry that I lied
I'm sorry that I've spoken I'm sorry that I said goodbye...

sorry that I said goodbye

Too bad those lyrics aren't in this song.

Lyrics are now correct.

Except the singer can actually sing.
Desperately trying to be The National.
I saw them open for Emmylou Harris a few years ago. A great act. Hard to beat Emmylou, but they came close. Too bad the audience wasn't into it that much.

Sweeeeet, and absolutely beautiful - a true gem
The piano intro always tricks me into thinking this is Death Cab for Cutie...!

Yes more elucidations please.
A pleasure {#Yes}

Just a few bars in and I am already liking this song.

Yes, interesting tune.  I like the arrangement, and the cover design is intriguing, as someone noted earlier.
They don't exactly match The National's eponymous masterpiece, but quite nice anyway.
Atmospheric song. I like it!
....yeah, I like this song and the weird album cover art.
hmmm, never heard of this. i really like it.
IMO the stomping start promises more than it delivers. Nice enough, perhaps a grower, but not one to stick in the mind, at least yet.
Just a few bars in and I am already liking this song.
That's a great song! Me like {#Yes}
