I'm so fed up
For me no let up-
A fizzing-human-
Bomb!
I'm standing at
The edge-
Of the precipice
Eyes pinned open-
Half gone

Sore words of the
Impotent man
I love you till you
Put me out
In insanity
He's no sanctuary
Bricks and mortar
Heart
I'm mouthing
Silently
How it ought to be
Curses made
In dark

Sore words of the
Impotent man
I love you till you
Put me out

I'm so fed up
For me no let up-
A fizzing-human-
Bomb!
I'm standing at
The edge-
Of the precipice
Eyes pinned open-
Half gone

Sore words of the
Impotent man
I love you till you
Put me out

Guess you either "get" the Dax or you don't. I'm all in.
Starts off great then loses itself somewhere in the middle, gets boring and never regains momentum.  Too bad --could have been good.
I wanted to like it, and with a few minor changes I probably would, but it just barely misses the mark.
The moment this song was over I felt very relaxed and happy.

Dude, this song doesn't even sound good when I'm stoned.

yeah this would be a downer, sounds like it's from a bad movie
I guess some just don't know how to appreciate the Dax! Love her stuff.

Bad as bong water.

For me, it was one of those songs that starts EXCELLENT and then decline steadily, along with my volume button
Probably my fave Dax track! I have it on an old cassette mix tape I made years ago. Thanks for playing this truly obscure artist.
Bad as bong water.
The best version of this song is one she recorded for the Janice Long Session on Radio 1 - Dax sings in a lower range and the music is far more intense. Check it out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UNvD4INgvTs
