Okay, I've finally figured out that the cause of my initial dislike of this guy is that I've been confusing him with Jack Ritter—that fictional fuckhead from "Three's Company," some of the worst pap ever televised.  With that now clear, I'll listen more open-earedly.

Josh's got a new CD coming out next Tuesday, 04/11/2006. You can stream the entire new album at: (click here) He's also got some North American tour dates coming up. I'll be catching him when he comes to Indy! EDIT: Looks like there are some European dates after the US tour!

Couldn't agree more -- I saw him a couple of years ago at a First Night performance in Boston. The show was full of great songs and he truly seemed like he was having the time of his life up there. It was infectious!

I saw Josh Ritter in Atlanta a month or so ago. Small club. In addition to being a great singer/songwriter, he relates to the audience. See him if you have a chance while he's still playing small venues. Thanks for playing!
