Would have mistaken them for Porcupine Tree. Is that good or bad? Not a particularly evocative tune. A good lounge lizard fav, though. Hoisting a vodka martini would be pleasurable to this, but I won't be driving down the highway letting this rip at 80 decibels.

If you like Ian Brown, he was in the Stone Roses and has a few solo CDs out. Quite good.

Haven't heard anything by this band before. The music's smooth and moody (my favorite) and the vocals are wonderful. I would listen to more just to get a better listen of the vocalist ... hope Unkle features him across the board but am guessin' no ....

Yeeeah, dark and cool tones..... :meditate.gif: i get extra special kicks when listening UNKLE, don't actually know why (too much angst? ).... I was on a recent trip in London and bought "Psyence Fiction" from Picadilly Circus Tower Records --> Situation: really small-towner foreigner on an big city tour, amazed about colourfull urban street life ... and this stuff coming through earphones... just got that extra special chill-out feeling for a moment... If interested, check also their newest excellent album, "Never, Never Land", i think this band could be characterised as "Massive Attack goes Radiohead" .... Heavy and intensive great stuff... Warning: Consume it carefully, might make a day a bit too blue :umbrella.gif:
