I'm unsure if I've heard this before on RP. I think this is a first. And I like it. A lot. Sweet.  It's bringing tears to the eyes. Love the whole texture of the track.

Hmmmm.....I suppose the lyrics reflect the viewpoint of an angel fallen down and livin' amongst us mere mortals?  Or maybe better to say a soul birthed from the firmament?  All I can say is..."Hey...we're all just a bit lost down here ain't we?  So grab a hold of those you love and hang on as best you can.  Life, it's a crazy ride that much is certain."

This is an incredibly beautiful experience although probably in a very tough and difficult moment of your life. I express myself quite badly in English and it sounds naive and gross, but I do understand how important it must be in such dark corners to find an echo in somebody else's story. The lyrics of this song will definitely have a different meaning for me now.

looking thru the diffrent items available to listen to. i came across this and it really hit me hard.
being that had just got released from a detox center, man i was really going thru it at that time.
i was lonely wand walking the streets and this music was some comfort for me.

Woo-hoo!  This song was on my "to be uploaded" list for a while now... never seemed to get around to it.    Thanks to whoever uploaded (or to Bill if he found this on his own).

I also think it's sad she ditched the CC string band.  Saw them play many good shows together.  Times apparently get tough when you tour A LOT with your husband (best friend?) and brother in law, I guess.  Anyhow, that whole situation is a shame.  She sounds good solo, tho— wish her the best.

Ah, I finally found out why the chorus seemed familiar:

"I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint, I do not feel ashamed"

Not quite the same, but similar enough to make bang my head every time I heard this song and couldn't remember what it reminded me of. All that head-banging makes me forgetful, so I'm archiving this here for next time {#Cheesygrin} .
