Take away the dark clouds
From the world you see
Clear the haze around us
Please don't rain on me

Tear the page of your doubts
From the words you speak
Chase that pain on your brow
Life can't be so bleak

I could follow you
Whatever we go through
Do all that I can do
Just to be there
Somewhere else you'd rise above the rest
Than talking to yourself going nowhere

See the day come shining
Right in front of you
Set your sails-a-gliding
Let the stars guide too

Anywhere the wind blows
Is better than these blues
Find your way, you're so close
Heaven can come true

I could follow you
Whatever we go through
Do all that I can do
Just to be there
Somewhere else
You'd rise above the rest
Than talking to yourself
Going nowhere
You could be sailing in a beautiful world

Valparaiso
Valparaiso
Valparaiso by the sea
Bring me back into your dreams (Valparaiso)
Cause at my window there's a moon (Valparaiso)
From here to Cali and Bandung

Not bad. Sounds like a fusion of Lenny Kravitz and Annie Lennox! :D
the_Jake likes this one too. vocals did remind me of Anne Lennox. Not quite as strong, but nice none the less.

MORE THAN A FUSSION IS A MONSTRUOUS CHILD
A VERY BEAUTIFUL VOICE AND A VERY BEAUTIFUL GIRL.. NOT TOO MUCH BEHIND THAT
Isn't this Sting's tune? Or was the Sting version a cover as well?
not so wild about it.
This is making me search for a tomato to hurl.

This album is pretty good. I love "Snow on the Sahara" (the title track).
this is truly horrible.

Pleasant enough tune, but why is she singing about a small town in Indiana?
Also about sailing and travel. Kinda thinks she means the port in Chile.
Wow. The music today is *really* bad.

The female vocals reminded me of Annie Lennox as well! Maybe a little of the women who sang in Concrete Blonde as well.
Aw, yeahhhh... heavy riffs, passionate vocals, clean world music guitars... it doesn't get much better than this!
:P :P :P
That was great.
Songs ok, I guess. I was frightened at first, though. She sounded Angry.
very nice..like to hear more from this artist(s)
i am so shocked that you guys are playing Anggun. I thought I was the only one who had heard of her... Some of the songs on this Cd are amazing.

nice groove. i didnt care for the vocal at first, but it kindve grew on me.
Great pipes. Thought it was Annie Lennox at first, which is a high compliment.

It rocks.
i like that they let the chickens and the monkeys and the little people into the act. Do they get paid scale in Indonesia?
I give this song a 6. I like it, it reminds me of an old Michael Stanley Band song.
Wow! I didn\'t know Alvin and The Chipmunks were still recording.
