While walking the dogs, and on the way to doing a walk-by of druid labs PNW mark II a house I'm currently obsessing about a prospective new home, we ran into our realtor. It's a sign.

I saw my circuit breaker panel, over and over and over... (We've been in a brownout since about noon today. Thanks Exelon, for promising to upgrade our infrastructure with the gigantic rate increase money you got, then giving it all to your top management instead.

BlueHeronDruid wrote: It needs redecorating. I've seen a lot worse. Paint over the overdone wallpaper and you won't inherit the furniture and busy soft furnishings- it'll be fine. Doesn't look major or expensive. Can't believe that they have a fluffy loo cover- when did you last see one of those?
